Development Report
The Personal Feedback and Development Report measures the current
performance of management and staff in a leadership, sales or customer service role.
The leadership assessment report can also include feedback from the
individual’s boss, peers and direct reports whilst the sales and customer
service
report provides boss feedback only.
Composite
Report
The Composite Report provides data relating to group or team performance and
assists organisations to identify group training and development needs. Many
organisations use the composite report to analyse differences between
‘effective’ and ‘less effective’ groups in order to define the underlying
issues affecting performance.
Comparative
Report
The Comparative Report measures changes in leadership, sales or customer service
performance. The information provided enables organisations to measure the
effectiveness and impact of the Developing People assessment products and
the resultant changes in their culture at all levels and across functions.
