Design
The foundation of the Screening & Selection process is the pre-screening
recruitment questionnaire. The number of questions used and scales measured
are different for leadership, sales or customer service roles. Each question consists
of a series of statements against which the job applicant rates their level
of agreement.

Candidate
Report
The Candidate Report provides job match data, a written assessment
describing how the individual will behave in the role, interview questions
to validate each score and recommends coaching activities should they be
appointed. The data does not require expert interpretation and can be used
by everyone involved in recruitment.
Individual
Report
The Individual Report that can be saved and downloaded by everyone who
completed on-line questionnaires. The report shows the job applicant’s
scores on each scale without benchmarks or a suitability measure. The
feedback they receive creates a more professional image in the recruitment
market place.
